During the Cultural Revolution and Great leap forward period,Mr hu was assigned to work for in Yongkang electrical tools factory.He worked as a puncher at the beginning,with which he didn’t satisfied ,worked hard on tools manufacturing’s studying every night and never stopped improving himself ,eventually became professional technologist.After Mr Dengxiaoping ‘s southern talk in 1992,present hu had caught the chance of socialist market economy,made a  huge decision to his whole life,retaining job and forfeit salary,jumping into startup land.In
